I know how hard you’re working.
You’ve built this business with passion, dedication, and a whole lot of late nights. And when you’re the one holding everything together, it’s easy to believe that if you don’t do it, no one else will.
But here’s the truth: the decisions you make today will shape the business (and life!) you have tomorrow.
What this means, is that right now, you have a choice: you can keep pushing through, doing it all yourself… or you can start making the shift toward more ease, more growth, and more freedom.
I say this with so much care, because I know firsthand that this “do-it-all” approach isn’t sustainable. And it’s definitely not the way to grow.
So what is it you can do today that your future self will say “Thank You” for?
🧠 THINK: What got you here won’t get you there
Right now, I’m thinking about how easy it is to get stuck in doing mode.
When you’ve built your business from the ground up, it’s hard to let go. It feels like stepping back means losing control. But actually, holding on to everything is what’s keeping you stuck. Growing your business isn’t about doing more. It’s about leading more.
Instead of asking, How can I fit this all in?, start asking, Who can take this off my plate?
💡 DO: Let Go! Here are the first 3 steps
Let’s make this practical! Here’s your action step for today:
✅ Download my System Creation Toolkit (it includes a Delegation Checklist and a Time Audit Resource!) This will help you figure out what tasks you can start handing off.
✅ Grab a copy of Who Not How by Dan Sullivan. It’s a game-changing book on finding the right people to help your business grow.
✅ Commit to giving clear, constructive feedback. Leading well means guiding your team with both care and directness (Radical Candor by Kim Scott is great for this!).
⏳ Short on time? No worries! I’ve broken down the key takeaways from both books on my podcast. Listen in and get the gist in under an hour. 🎧 https://sandrajulian.co/podcast143
